Regulations

The Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) is still in its first stages of establishment, it has been voted on the authority's role and laws by "Majlis Ash-shura" on its meeting held on 5/5/1426 h.

Since the Authority wants to apply the transparency concept to all, it will introduce its rules and regulations on this page that are of direct relation with the benefactors of its services after they are approved.
