بالنسبة للحوم والدواجن فإنه إذا تمت إذابتها في الثلاجة فإنه لايوجد خطر عليها إذا تم إعادة تجميدها , أما إذا تم إذابتها بطرق أخرى فإن الأولى قبل تجميدها أن يتم طبخها .
