The Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), H.E. Dr. Hisham S. Aljadhey, conveyed his sincere congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and H.R.H. The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on the management of veterinary medicinal products. The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration and facilitate the exchange of information and expertise between the two parties.

Aljadhey, participated in the third edition of the World Local Production Forum (WLPF) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from April 7-9, 2025. The forum was organized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Emirates Drug Establishment (EAE) under the theme "Advancing Local Production for Health Equity, Global Health Security, and Sustainable Development.” 

The Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), H.E. Dr. Hisham S. Aljadhey, met on Tuesday with the Chief Executive of Japan’s Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA), Dr. Yasuhiro Fujiwara, and the Councilor for Pharmaceutical Affairs at the Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW), Dr. Daisaku Sato. The meeting was held at the MHLW headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, with the attendance of officials from both sides.
