The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) organized an interactive workshop at its headquarters in Riyadh to review artificial intelligence (AI) tools and digital solutions designed to support the national food safety system. The workshop highlighted modern technologies implemented in food factories and their impact on compliance with quality and safety standards. This initiative is part of the SFDA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening product safety under its supervision.

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) participated in the 6th Health Innovation Hackathon, held at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) from February 6–9.
