Dr. Al Mishal reviewed SFDA projects, confirming SFDA readiness to support the educational message.
The Assistant US Foreign Trade Secretary for Europe & Middle East, Mr. Mathew Mouri and his accompanying delegation, discussed today with H.E. Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Almishal at SFDA Head Office SFDA’s Requirements and Conditions for imported food in order to guarantee food safety.
SFDA participated in the graduation ceremony of the Holy Custodian Scholarship Program, which was held in Ottawa, Canada, also in the Associated exhibition, as part of the graduation ceremony for the fourth batch of the program sponsored by H.E. Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Al-Angari and in presence of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Canada, in addition to the Cultural Attaché at the Saudi Embassy.

The meeting was also attended by H.E. SFDA VP for Food Sector, Dr.
SFDA represented by Medical Devices and Products Sector hosted during the period (20-21\02\1435 AH, (24-25\12\2013 AD) the first Constitutive meeting for the Technical Committee of Gulf medical devices and supplies (GSO / TC 11) Chaired by KSA. The meeting was opened by a speech from Dr. Saleh Al- Tayar, Executive Vice President for Medical Devices and Products Sector wherein he pointed out to the importance of the work of this committee and its direct lead on the health and safety of the citizens and residents of GCC.
H.E Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, welcomed at his office on Wednesday , the Chairman of the Saudi Committee for Sports Doping Control , Dr. Saleh bin Mohammed Alqnbar and the members of the Committee at the presence of H.E. SFDA’s Vice President for food sector and H.E SFDA’s Vice President for Drugs sector. The meeting included the Definition of the Saudi program for Sports Anti-Doping and the legal Kingdom position of this.
H.E The Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Almishal, received on Monday 13/2/1435H at SFDA’s Head Office ,the Portuguese ambassador to the kingdom, Dr. Manuel Carfalo. The meeting was also attended by H.E. SFDA VP for Food Sector, Dr. Salah Almiman where both parties discussed the matters of mutual cooperation in the field of Food.
